Two Charged in Senior Fraud Scheme

Prosecutor Kym L. Worthy has charged Devon Larae Page, 41 and Kenyatta Page, 20, both of Detroit in connection with a long term fraud scheme that preyed upon senior victims in Detroit and other cities in Wayne County over the last years.
