Demarco Harris Case - 12 year-old Adult Designated in Murder One Case

At 11:30 a.m. today Judge Shelia Gibson found that the jury would not be able to agree upon a verdict and ordered that there was a hung jury in the case. A new trial date has been set for April 26, 2010.
