Carlita Kilpatrick's Lawsuit Dismissed by U.S. District Court in Texas

On July 6, 2010, Judge Terry R. Means of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth Division entered an order dismissing a lawsuit filed by Carlita Kilpatrick against Wayne County and Prosecutor Kym L. Worthy.
