Management and Budget

The mission of the Department of Management and Budget is to safeguard all financial assets from misappropriation and theft, to consult to all departments and program administrators on financial matters, and to communicate the results of County operations to the County Executive, County Commission and the taxpaying public.

In carrying out its mission, the Department has identified the following goals:
