Mateen Cleaves -Today, 67th District Court Judge Dowd dismissed all of the charges against Cleaves at the conclusion of the preliminary examination. The Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office will appeal the decision. The procedure for the appeal will be that WCPO will file a claim of appeal within 21 days of today’s date. WCPO will then wait for all the transcripts to be produced. The People’s brief on appeal will be due 28 days after the final transcript is produced.

DeAngelo Davis - The charges against DeAngelo Davis involving Sgt. Collin Rose have been formally dismissed by Judge Deborah Nance Adams this morning.
*The charges are allegations and defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
