David Corzilius - Defendant charged in the homicide of Grosse Pointe designer Daniel Clancy. Today the defendant pled guilty to Second Degree Murder, with a sentence agreement of 30-60 years. The remaining counts were dismissed. Sentencing is scheduled for November 22 at 10:30 a.m. before Judge Qiana Lillard.

Gregory Walker, Lillian Roberts, Ernest Coleman - Ernest Coleman was not sentenced today due to a scheduling conflict with his defense attorney. Coleman will be sentenced tomorrow by Judge Michael Hathaway at 9:00 a.m. Gregory Walker and Lillian Roberts will be sentenced on Friday, November 18, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. before Judge Michael Hathaway.

Ernest Coleman - Ernest Coleman was sentenced today and received a sentence of 12 years to 15 years on the Torture charge and two years consecutive on the Felony Firearm charge. Gregory Walker and Lillian Roberts will be sentenced on Friday, November 18, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. before Judge Michael Hathaway.
