Veterans must have served in the Armed Forces during one of the periods listed below, or have been awarded an expeditionary medal, which should be indicated on the DD-214 [Military Discharge].

Korea 6/27/50 to 1/31/55
World War II 12/7/41 to 12/31/46
Russian Service 4/6/17 to 4/1/20
World War I 4/6/17 to 11/11/18
