  • Books about other countries, especially countries in Africa (5th – 8 th grade)
  • Easy card tricks
  • How to draw, especially faces
  • Books about cars, basketball, or rap
  • Animals, especially "creepy-crawlies" such as snakes, reptiles, and spiders.
  • "Real life" experiences of reformed former convicts/substance abusers
  • Human sexuality, pregnancy, and childbirth (including videos) - teen oriented
