Gregory Vincente Green – Defendant who pled guilty to charges in connection with the September 21, 2016 Dearborn Heights homicides of his two children and his two step-children; also charged in connection with the torture and unlawful imprisonment of his wife, Faith Green. The sentencing will occur at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow morning before Judge Dana Hathaway.

Two Detroit Women Charged in Homicide of Garden City Teen

Wayne County Prosecutor Kym L. Worthy has charged Sharnea Diamond McCoy, 21 (DOB: 05/10/1995) and Erica Italy Osburn, 25 (DOB: 01/06/1992), both of Detroit, in connection with the homicide of Reginald Ramone Robinson, age 17, of Garden City, Michigan.

It is alleged that on February 24, 2017 at approximately 6:24 p.m., Detroit police were dispatched to the 12000 block of Plymouth Road in response to a shooting. Upon arrival, the officers found the lifeless body of Reginald Ramone Robinson in the street. It is alleged that the decedent was fatally shot by Defendant Erica Italy Osburn, who was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Defendant Sharnea Diamond McCoy. It is further alleged that earlier in the day the Defendant McCoy and Robinson had a heated exchange while she was in the store.

McCoy and Osburn have been charged with First Degree Murder and Felony Firearm.* Both defendants were arraigned this afternoon. The probable cause conference is scheduled for March 8, 2017 at 8:30 a.m.; the preliminary examination is scheduled for March 15, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. Both hearings are before Judge Deborah Lewis Langston in 36th District Court.

*The charges are allegations and defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Gregory Vincent Green – Defendant charged in connection with the September 21, 2016 Dearborn Heights homicides of his two children and his two step-children. He was also charged in connection with the torture and unlawful imprisonment of his wife, Faith Green. Today the defendant was sentenced by Judge Dana Hathaway on the following charges:

  • Second Degree Murder - Kaleigh Green
  • Second Degree Murder - Koi Green
  • Second Degree Murder - Kara Allen
  • Second Degree Murder - Chadney Allen
  • Torture- Faith Green
  • Assault with Intent to Do Great Bodily Harm - Faith Green
  • Felony Firearm

The counts of Unlawful Imprisonment, Felon In Possession of a Firearm and Felonious Assault were dismissed at the sentence hearing as a result of the plea. The defendant was sentenced to 45 years to 100 years plus two years consecutive for the Felony Firearm charge. Defendant Green is currently 50-years-old and will have to first serve the 2 years for the Felony Firearm and then 45 years for the other charges, making him 97-years-old before he would be eligible to apply for parole.

Detroit Man Charged in Fatal Beating

Wayne County Prosecutor Kym L. Worthy has charged Antonio Otis Stone, 44 (DOB: 07/20/1972), of Detroit, in connection with the homicide of Larry Dale Neville, 49, also of Detroit.

It is alleged that on February 26, 2017 at approximately 1:20 p.m., Detroit police were dispatched to the 7300 block of Dexter Avenue. Upon arrival, the officers spoke with EMTs at the scene, and were advised of a deceased victim upstairs in the house. The officers found the lifeless body of Mr. Neville. It is alleged that the victim was fatally beaten by Stone.
Stone has been charged with First Degree Murder*. Stone was arraigned yesterday before Judge Bari Blake Woods. The probable cause conference is scheduled for March 15, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. The preliminary examination is scheduled for March 22, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. Both hearings are before Judge William C. McConico in 36th District Court. Please contact the police department for a photograph of the defendant.

Canton High School Assistant Varsity Coach Charged with Three Counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct

Wayne County Prosecutor Kym L. Worthy has charged Eric Christopher Locke, 20, (DOB: 01/24/1997), of Canton, in connection with an ongoing sexual relationship with a minor.

It is alleged that between November 2016 and February 2017, Locke, the assistant varsity hockey coach for Canton High School, engaged in an ongoing sexual relationship with an underage high school female.

Locke has been charged with three counts of Criminals Sexual Conduct – Third Degree*. Locke was arraigned yesterday at before Judge Ronald Lowe. The probable cause conference is scheduled for March 10, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. before Judge Michael Gerou. The preliminary examination is scheduled for March 17, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. before Judge Ronald Lowe in 35th District Court. The defendant received a $500,000 personal bond, plus tether.
