Aids Prevention Program The Wayne County Health Department offers FREE, anonymous and confidential AIDS counseling and testing services in several locations around Wayne County. Appointments are preferred to avoid service delays; however, walk-ins are accepted. Service hours are between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. To make an appointment for an AIDS test, counseling or to find out where the nearest test site is, call the Wayne County Health Department’s AIDS Program: 734-727-7124. |
