Our safety net expands to cover Wayne County’s most at-risk individuals, age 18 through 64 who make less than $281 a month. This plan (formerly called Adult Benefit Waiver Program) helps people receive medical treatment and preventative health services.

Covered care includes:

• Office visits
• Outpatient services
• Emergency services
• Annual physical exams
• Prescriptions
• Many other necessary services (Some restrictions apply)
