SEMCA partners with various contractors servicing the residents in Wayne (excluding Detroit) and Monroe counties. It is one of 25 Michigan Works! Agencies created by the state to simplify public and business access by providing educational training, self-help and economic development opportunities. Through a statewide network of over 100 Michigan Works! Service Centers, employers’ recruit qualified candidates for jobs in life-fulfilling careers.
