Ann Arbor SPARK is a public-private partnership whose mission is to advance innovation-based economic development in the greater Ann Arbor region.  Its stakeholders represent the area's university, business, government, entrepreneurial, and community leaders. 

SEMCA:
The Southeast Michigan Community Alliance (SEMCA) is a leader in workforce development programs.  SEMCA partners with various contractors servicing the residents in Wayne (excluding Detroit) and Monroe counties.  It is one of 25 Michigan Works! Agencies created by the state to simplify public and business access by providing educational training, self-help and economic development opportunities.  Through a statewide network of over 100 Michigan Works! Service Centers, employers’ recruit qualified candidates for jobs in life-fulfilling careers.
