MISSION

The purpose of the Business Advisory Group is to provide financial policies, consultation, document review, approval, financial, information management, and support services to County departments and other internal/external agencies, so they can achieve their business objectives.


PROGRAMS

  • Consultation and Document Approval The purpose of the Consultation and Document Approval Program is to provide relevant consultation and analysis, policy guidelines, timely document review and approval, and distribution services to all County departments, other government agencies, and businesses so they can achieve their business objectives.
  • Financial Applications Management and Support The purpose of the Financial Applications Management and Support Program is to administer the business processes and manage the subject matter expertise for Management and Budget's computer applications so County staff can obtain maximum benefit from its financial system investments.
