Mission Statement
To lead and support a community system that provides and manages an array of supports, service, care and treatment that honor choice and advance the quality of community life for adults with severe and persistent mental illness, individuals with developmental disabilities and children with severe emotional disturbance, their families and the community.

The Detroit-Wayne County Community Mental Health Agency serves more than 57,000 Wayne County consumers through a variety of mental health and substance abuse services and programs.
