Real Estate and Neighborhood Revitalization
MISSION
The purpose of the Real Estate and Neighborhood Revitalization Group is to provide Economic Development, Community Revitalization and Real
Estate legal services to Wayne County departments, elected officials, and county residents so they can receive timely document preparation,
review, and representation to support all county development-related activities.
PROGRAMS
- Community Property Revitalization
The purpose of the Community Property Revitalization Program is to provide nuisance property abatement services to residents of
Wayne County so that they can see an improvement in their neighborhood and quality of life.
- Real Estate and Economic Development
The purpose of the Real Estate and Economic Development Program is to provide the legal advice and documents to facilitate real
estate/economic development opportunities and maintain County assets for Wayne County departments and elected officials so they
can increase economic development for the benefit of Wayne County residents.
