Wayne County Parks Photo Contest   CONTEST RULES    |  CONTEST ENTRY FORM   WAYNE COUNTY PARKS ANNOUNCES:   The Winners of the Second Wayne County Parks Photography Contest! Wayne County Parks’ natural landscapes and unique events provide limitless creative inspiration. Photography lovers were asked to “captured moments” that you were taken at a Wayne County Parks' property or event. The contest winner will receive a cash prize and have their photo featured prominently in the upcoming Wayne County Parks 2009 brochure, as well as featured on our website.
