In an effort to support a healthy and safe community, the Wayne County Department of Health and Human Services is pleased to provide you with a directory of services. Everyday, we strive to provide exemplary and efficient services that
continuously promote and enhance the highest quality of life for Wayne County residents.
Our goal is to ensure that quality and culturally competent health care is available for all those who seek it, as well as address any disparities in services so that every resident receives timely and appropriate health care.
We provide a wide range of services, and hope that this directory will succinctly outline our customer focused approach. Through these various programs, we are here to serve the needs and protect the health of all of our residents of Wayne County.
Each division of Health and Human Services pledges to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. We will accomplish this through our guiding principles of respect, cooperation and commitment. Through this directory we hope to promote an increased awareness of Health and Human Services in the community.
