Patient Care Management System (PCMS)
MISSION
The purpose of the Patient Care Management Services Group is to provide medical and dental care services to uninsured and underinsured Wayne County residents so they can have access to quality health coverage.
PROGRAMS
- PCMS Administration Program Services
The purpose of the PCMS Administration Program is to administer the seven programs within PCMS so that Wayne County residents enrolled in these programs can have access to quality health coverage.
- Health Choice Health Coverage Program Services
The purpose of the Health Choice Health Coverage Program is to provide medical and dental care services to uninsured and under-insured Wayne County residents so they can have access to quality health care by a primary care physician/dentist.

County for 14 years.

- Adult Benefit Waiver Indigent Medical Health Coverage Program Services
The purpose of the Adult Benefit Waiver (ABW) indigent medical coverage program is to provide medical coverage services to uninsured, indigent Wayne County residents so they can have access to quality health care by a primary health care physician.
