The Wayne County Health Department offers FREE, anonymous and confidential AIDS counseling and testing services in several locations around Wayne County.
Appointments are preferred to avoid service delays; however, walk-ins are accepted. Service hours are between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
