Biography - Rosalyn D. Gibson
Chief of Finance and Administration

Ms. Gibson joined the Wayne County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office as the Chief of Finance and Administration in January 2008.  Ms. Gibson brings 23 years of accounting and auditing experience from the State of Michigan’s Office of Financial and Insurance Services, Michigan First Credit Union, and the Wayne County Office of Legislative Auditor General where, most recently, she held the position of Division Audit Manager.  During her tenure with the OAG, Ms. Gibson worked on various financial and operational audits as well as several special projects. 

Ms. Gibson earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Davenport University.  Her professional memberships include the Association of Government Accountants, Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, and the Institute of Internal Auditors.  She is a Certified Internal Control Auditor and is currently seeking professional certification as a Certified Internal Auditor.
