Biography - Richard P. Hathaway
Chief Assistant

Richard P. Hathaway was born and raised in the City of Detroit. He attended Catholic Central High School, St. John's College (N.Y.), and the University of Detroit Law School. He was the first administrator for the Victim Witness Assistance Program. Richard was elected to the Recorder's Court Bench and the Wayne County Third Circuit Court Bench. He has been part of the judicial system for over 24 years. Richard is currently the Chief Assistant for Prosecutor Kym L Worthy.
