Biography - Mary DuFour Morrow
Director of Recruiting, Training and Continuing Legal Education
Mary DuFour Morrow is a 1986 graduate of Wayne State University
Law School. She joined the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office as an Assistant Prosecuting
Attorney in 1987. During her tenure with the office, she has been assigned to both
the Trials Division and the Appellate Division. In 2004, Wayne County Prosecutor
Kym L. Worthy appointed her to the position of Director of Recruiting, Training
and Continuing Legal Education. In 2005, she was certified by the State of Michigan
as a Lead Risk Assessor. In addition to her recruiting and training responsibilities,
she handles all prosecutions of lead-poisoning cases for the County of Wayne and
the City of Detroit. In 2005, Ms. Morrow was recognized as an Outstanding Employee
by Wayne County Executive Robert Ficano for her work on lead-based paint poisoning
cases.
