Carry a Concealed Weapon Permit
Applying for a CCW
In an effort to make it more convenient to get the application
form for Concealed Pistol permits, we've put the form online. The
process for applying for a CCW is still the same, but the form
is available here to start the process.
This form will allow you to complete an application for a Concealed
Pistol Permit License. Complete the form, then print it, and bring
it with you to the Wayne County Clerk's Office.
This form is made possible by the Michigan State Police, and has
been modified to allow you to fill it out and print it. It requires
that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. If you do not, it
can be downloaded by clicking on the HELP button above.
