If you are having difficulty paying 2007 and/or prior delinquent real property taxes, do not panic, and do not ignore the problem. Ask for help. The trained staff in TAD will assist you in applying for a Substantial Financial Hardship Extension that will provide more time to pay your taxes. TAD can also put you in touch with legal, financial, and other community groups and services that may be able to help you.
