Nankin Mills Interpretive Center
SCOUT BADGE WORKSHOPS

scouting USANankin Mills Interpretive Center offers workshops with activities designed to meet badge requirements for Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts.  Workshops are available for the badges listed, and usually last two hours (Cadettes and Junior Girl Scouts “Finding Your Way” are longer).   All workshops are held at Nankin Mills Interpretive Center on Wednesdays from 4:15 – 6:15 pm or Saturday mornings and afternoons during the school year.  Please see our scout fliers, available at the Park Office or on our web site at www.waynecountyparks.org for specific program information. 

ADVANCE REGISTRATION AND PREPAYMENT ARE REQUIRED.  YOU WILL NOT BE REIGISTERED FOR A PROGRAM UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.  Mail-in or walk-in registrations are accepted.  Program fees are $4.00 per scout for a two-hour workshop, and $5.00 per scout for longer workshops.  There is no charge for adults that attend.  Only cash or checks are accepted.  Please make checks payable to “Wayne County Parks”.  No refunds will be given unless Wayne County cancels a program.  Badges are not provided by Wayne County Parks, but are available at your scout council office.  For more information, please call 734-261-1992.
