Special Operations

The Special Operation Division prosecutors and investigators handle complex criminal and civil cases. These sensitive cases require a thorough and often lengthy investigation to ensure that justice is served. The Division prosecutors conduct complete and independent investigations in conjunction with the warrant review process by each of the specialized sub-units.

Specialized units within Special Operations Division include:

Community Prosecution Unit
Felony Non-Support (Deadbeat Parents)
Forfeiture Unit (including drug asset forfeiture, vehicle seizures and nuisance abatement)
Public Integrity Unit (including police conduct, corruption, major embezzlement & other specially assigned cases)
