It’s that time of year again: Back-to-school. Wayne County Executive Robert Ficano will distribute 300 free backpacks starting at 10 A.M. Friday, Sept. 3, 2010 at Fountain Court Co-op 3088 Lawton (off Martin Luther King Blvd.) in Detroit.
The offices of the Wayne County Executive, Prosecutor and Sheriff joined forces in July to promote and highten awareness of safety.
