All Michigan residents aged 16 and older are now eligible to receive the vaccine.

Residents can schedule appointments through their hospital group, vaccine providers such as the Ford Field clinic, or by calling 1-866-610-3885 for an appointment at Wayne County clinics in Taylor and Livonia. Please be patient as providers are working hard to safely vaccinate all Michigan residents as quickly as possible.

Vaccine Providers

Beaumont Health
Patients with an active myBeaumontChart account are invited to save their spot for a COVID-19 vaccine through Beaumont's Save My Shot program. When you meet the State of Michigan's criteria forvaccination and appointments are available, we will email you an invitation to schedule your appointment.


CVS is administering the COVID-19 vaccine by appointment only in select stores, based on local eligibility guidelines.


Detroit Medical Center

Garden City Hospital
COVID-19 vaccine appointments are based on vaccine availability. As more doses become available to us, they will continue to add more appointments.


Henry Ford Health System
Established Henry Ford patients will be contacted by text, email or phone when you become eligible to receive a vaccine and asappointments become available. Henry Ford will reach out to you based on the contact information you have provided them.


The COVID-19 vaccine is now available in select Kroger locations.

State and local jurisdiction qualifications determine if you are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine at this time. The customer is responsible for complying with all federal, state and/or local guidelines.


St. John's - Ascension Health
Ascension Michigan is not utilizing a patient waitlist or registration system for our patients. Ascension will contact eligible patients by email, text and phone to schedule their appointment as vaccine supply allows. Vaccinations must be scheduled in advance, and walk-ins will not be accepted.


St. Joseph Mercy- Livonia - Trinity Health
Vaccine appointments for eligible catagories may be available but supplies are limited.

The COVID-19 Vaccine is distributed by the State of Michigan to the Wayne County Health Division.
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) determines the quantities and the delivery schedules for all supplies.

Please be patient. It will take time to get shots to all. While you wait, stay safe.
