Mission Statement

The purpose of the Enterprise Application Division is to create and implement innovative technology solutions that streamline County business, ensure operational stability and continuity and position Wayne County to deliver increased taxpayer services efficiently.


Programs

  • Enterprise Applications Development & Integration

    The purpose of the Enterprise Applications Development & Integration team is to design, develop, and deploy innovative software solutions to Wayne County departments and external customers so that they can automate their business processes to deliver tax payer services in an efficient and cost effective manner.

  • Technology Enterprise Application Support

    The purpose of the Enterprise Applications Support team is to provide minor application enhancement, routine maintenance and upgrade of business application, business user training, and routine information update support services to all Wayne County departments and external customers so that they can perform their business effectively and efficiently.
