MISSION
The mission of Wayne County Healthy Communities (WCHC) is to improve health outcomes for the medically underserved community through the provision of high quality, affordable, and accessible primary health care and support services.
The family health clinic provides primary health care services, in addition to other related health and social services that are currently offered through the Department of Health, Human and Veteran Services.
WCHC Clinic is dedicated to providing quality, accessible and affordable primary health care and support services. Our goal is to provide high quality and affordable medical, dental and mental health care as well as promote health awareness/education.
WCHC Clinic range of services and programs are broad. Our dedicated team of board-certified physicians, pediatricians, dentists, and other medical/general staff wants to provide a health care home for you!
