Juvenile Detention Center Programs
Youth Advisory Board
Frequent community meetings will be held with a chosen pod leader from each pod to discuss issues of concern for the whole pod to problem-solve to make things better in their living quarters.
Daily Programming
Daily Schedule (Programming) Youth will have the opportunity to earn rewards and activities through our facility Behavior Management System (BMS). This system relies on youth behavior and decisions to determine whether a reward or incentive will be available. Recreation will be held daily to include Intramural competitions, high- and low-impact physical activities, tournaments, and other types of large-muscle physical activities.
Service from CMO Providers
This is a non-facility staff who supervises the youth case in the community based on their zip code. The CMO will meet with the youth frequently to keep up with their progress to ensure the youth is prepared to be successful upon release.
Special Programs
In addition to the daily schedule, youth may be able to attend special programs. Some of the special programs will be based on the youth behavior level.
