• Two-thirds of the site is undeveloped green space: a 43-acre park and 3.5 miles of trails around the site.
• Site irrigation from storm water detention ponds rather than potable municipal water supplies.
• Bio-swales and wetland-type retention ponds to manage storm water runoff and create natural habitat for birds and other wildlife.

• Reduced energy consumption through white reflective roofing and high-efficiency heating and cooling equipment.
