Luz oversees and executes Wayne County's economic development initiatives, including the Business Attraction Program and workforce development programs.

Deputy Director of Economic Development and Executive Director, Brownfield Redevelopment Authority and Economic Development Corporation
Annie assists in managing and implementing the department's overall goals and strategy. In addition, she manages brownfield initiatives and oversees the operations of Wayne County's commercial buildings.
