Take charge of your sexual health. Protect yourself and your partners with regular testing, prevention, and treatment for Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI).
Wayne County HHVS Clinical Care Services Division offers the following sexual health services through walk-ins and appointments:
- STI testing, treatment, and counseling for patients and partners. This includes:
- Gonorrhea,
- Chlamydia,
- Syphilis,
- Mpox,
- Trichomoniasis, and
- Bacterial Vaginosis
- HIV and Hepatitis C testing and referral services, including referrals for Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP), a daily oral HIV prevention medication
- Doxy PEP, an antibiotic that is like a "morning-after pill" for certain STIs. It can help prevent bacterial STIs like chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis.
- Free condoms
- Hepatitis A and B vaccinations
