You must register and submit a deposit in order to participate in the auction. Bidding wil begin on October 8th. Bidding will close per each batch of parcels on October 21st through October 25th.

All bidders must register by submitting a $500.00 deposit * and a $35.00** processing fee with Realauction.com. Payment can be made by ACH, Cashier's Check or Wire transfer.
Please be aware that parcels may be withdrawn during the auction. Please visit Realauction.com's website at www.wayne.realforeclose.com
and enter the parcel id or auction id to determine the status.
*If bidding on one property the DEPOSIT REQUIRED is $535.00**.
*If bidding on more than one property the DEPOSIT REQUIRED is $5,035.00**.
**The $35.00 is a processing fee for successful bidders. If you are not a successful bidder, the processing fee and the deposit will be refunded.
