Enclosed is the final copy of a follow up report to the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) and Auditor General's Assessment for the Attestation Engagement report on the Examination of Payroll and Benefit Transactions & Processes. The contents of this final report did substantially change from the draft report previously issued. The follow-up report is dated August 23, 2013, DAP No. 2012-57-0lSA. The report was accepted by the Audit Committee on October 30, 2013, and formally received by the Wayne County Commission on November 7, 2013.

At the request of the Audit Committee, a follow-up was conducted to address concerns expressed by the Committee regarding compliance with Enrolled Ordinance 2012-096 "the County's Benefit Ordinance" by the executive administration.
