Wayne County Commissioner Tim Killeen receives Public Policy Award from The Arc Detroit
Wayne County Commissioner Tim Killeen was presented with the Public Policy Award by the The Arc Detroit at its 68th Annual Legacy Awards banquet, held Sept. 14.
The Arc Detroit provides services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Commissioner Killeen (D-Detroit) represents the 1st District, which includes the Grosse Pointes, Harper Woods and a section of eastern Detroit. He is also chair of the commission's Committee on Health & Human Services.
