Prosecutor Kym Worthy has charged Rodney Martez Holland, 26, (DOB: 11/27/1995), of Detroit, in connection with fleeing and eluding police officers.

On April 22, 2022, at approximately 12:46 a.m., Detroit police officers located the defendant in a stolen vehicle at a gas station in the 21740 block of Schoolcraft Road in Detroit. Medics arrived on scene and transported the defendant to a local hospital for treatment.

Rodney Martez Holland has been charged with three counts of Assault with Intent to do Great Bodily Harm, three counts of Felonious Assault, one count of Third-Degree Fleeing and Eluding, three counts of Resisting and Obstructing, one count of Receiving and Concealing Stolen Property, and one count and one count of Reckless Driving. *
