Prosecutor Kym Worthy has charged Jarvis Nathaniel Fisher, II, 18 (DOB:11/28/2002), of Detroit, in connection with the fatal shooting of a 17-year-old Warren woman.

On February 22, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., the 17-year-old victim was the backseat passenger in a car with a 19-year-old Hazel Park man and another 17-year-old Warren woman, when she was shot at Clayburn and Majestic in Detroit. It is alleged that Fisher fatally shot the 17-year-old victim and assaulted the other victims during the robbery. The 17-year-old shooting victim was transported to a local hospital where she succumbed to her wounds. No further facts are being released because the investigation is ongoing.

Fisher is charged with Felony Murder, two counts of Assault with Intent to Murder, Assault with Intent to Rob - Armed, Carrying a Concealed Weapon and four counts of Felony Firearm. *

The defendant was arraigned and remanded to jail in 36th District Court. His Probable Cause Conference is scheduled for March 15, 2021 and his Preliminary Exam is scheduled for March 19, 2021 before Judge Roberta Archer.
