Prosecutor Kym Worthy has charged Antonio Walter Clark, 33, of Inkster, in connection with making threats against 22nd District Court Judge Sabrina Johnson.

On November 1, 2023, it is alleged that Defendant Clark made multiple threating phone calls to Judge Johnson. Investigation by the Inkster Police Department led to the arrest of Defendant Clark on November 3, 2023. Once in custody, it is further alleged that at approximately 3:05 p.m., the defendant attempted to flee from the Inkster Police Department. He was apprehend by officers a short time later.

Antionio Walter Clark has been charged with Resisting and Obstructing a Police Officer, Stalking, and Malicious Use of Telecommunication Services.*

He was arraigned this morning in 29th District Court before Judge Breeda O'Leary and given a $1 million bond. The Probable Cause Conference is scheduled for November 13, 2023. Please request a photograph of the defendant from the Inkster Police Department.

*The charges are allegations and defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
