Gabriel L. Cooper - Defendant charged with sexual assaults and armed robberies of three women in Detroit. Today the cases were adjourned by the court because of a scheduling problem. The preliminary examination is re-scheduled for February 4, 2013 at 1:30 p.m.

Arthur Blackwell - Former Highland Park financial manager charged with Embezzlement and Misconduct in Office. Today, Judge Cynthia Hathaway held a calendar conference and set a trial date of May 6, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. She did not set a motion hearing date, but indicated that she would hear motions at anytime.
