Justin D. Johnson - On June 5, 2015 at 7:55 a.m., it is alleged that Johnson sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl as she was on her way to Henry Ford High School in Detroit. The complainant immediately reported the attack to a school official and the police were alerted. On June 7, 2015 he was charged with two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct First Degree, one count each of Kidnapping, Accosting a Minor for Immoral Purposes, Felonious Assault and Felony Firearm.

Today Judge Shannon Holmes held his Probable Cause Hearing and scheduled his preliminary examination for Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at 11:30 a.m.

Charles Bothuell, IV and Monique Dillard Bothuell - Parents alleged to have physically abused their then 12-year-old child. The defendants are expected to return to court on June 24, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. before Judge Shannon Holmes for the continuation of the preliminary examination.

Erin Justice - Defendant charged in the homicide of Alicia Marie Fox. Justice's final conference was held this morning before Judge Lawrence Talon. A pre-trial hearing was scheduled for July 16, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. and the jury trial is scheduled for September 9, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. CoDefendant Timothy Jones's sentencing has been adjourned until September 30, 2015 at 8:30 a.m.

Mitchelle Blair - Mother charged in the homicides of her two dead children discovered in a freezer in her home on St. Aubin Street. Tomorrow the competency hearings and the preliminary examination will be held before 36th District Judge Kenneth King in the Frank Murphy Hall of Justice at 8:30 a.m.

Detroit Teen Held on $200,000 Bond in Non-Fatal Shooting of Mother

Prosecutor Kym L. Worthy is charging juvenile respondent Tommie Lee Grady, 14, of Detroit, with Assault with Intent to Murder, Felonious Assault, and Minor in Possession of a Firearm. Grady has been adult designated and he will be tried in the juvenile court system. Adult designation does not mean Grady is being tried as an adult. He is being tried as a juvenile and the adult designation means that upon conviction the judge has the option of sentencing him as a juvenile, or as an adult, or a blended sentence combining juvenile and adult sentences.

On June 11, 2015 at approximately 8:00 p.m., at his parent's home located in the 15400 block of Wisconsin, it is alleged that the teen took a gun and shot his mother and pointed the gun at his brother before fleeing the location on foot. Grady's mother was taken to a local hospital and treated for several gunshot wounds. She has since been released. On June 12, 2015 he was arrested by the police after he was observed walking in the area of Keeler and Meyers.

Today the preliminary hearing was held and his bond was set at $200,000 Cash or Surety. Grady remains in the Juvenile Detention Facility. His next court date is on June 30, 2015 in front of Judge Virgil Smith.

Mitchelle Blair - Mother charged in the homicides of her two dead children discovered in a freezer in her home on St. Aubin Street. Today Judge Kenneth King found Blair competent to stand trial and competent to waive her Miranda rights. Blair was questioned and acknowledged that she did not want to be evaluated for criminal responsibility. The preliminary examination was waived and the case was bound over to Wayne County Third Circuit Court for arraignment on the information on June 26, 2015 at 9:00 a.m.

William Melendez - Former Inkster police officer charged in the beating of Floyd Dent. Today he was arraigned on the information and the case was transferred to Judge Vonda Evans for a June 26, 2015 calendar conference at 9:00 a.m.
