Kym Worthy vs. Wayne County - The case has been adjourned from Thursday, April 4, 2013, until Wednesday, April 10, 2013. It was adjourned because Judge Wendy M. Baxter has requested that the parties file briefs and due to a scheduling issue with a defense witness.

Defendants Joshua Wilson and Kelli Worth-McBride - Couple charged with Felony Murder and Child Abuse First Degree in the beating death of their three month old son. Today, Joshua Wilson pleaded guilty to Second Degree Murder today and will be sentenced on April 23, 2013 before Judge Edward Ewell. Kelli Worth-McBride asked for a criminal responsibility, competency referral today. Her next action date is July 8, 2013, before Judge Ewell. This cancels her April 22, 2013 trial date.
New Warrant Request - We have received a warrant request for a 22-year-old-male who is alleged to have contacted a 13-year-old female on Facebook and communicated on the computer about having sex with the teen. The warrant is currently being reviewed. An update will be sent out when a decision has been made.
