Henry Perez – Administrative law judge charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct Fourth Degree will have his preliminary examination on March 28, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in 16th District Court before Judge Cavanaugh.
Detroit Shooting of 14-year-old by his brother –The warrant request has been returned to DPD for further investigation.
Fatal car crash on Woodward and State Fair in Detroit – The female suspect sustained serious injuries in the car crash, as a result there will be no arraignment at this time. When this situation changes, more detailed information will be released.
Detroit Shooting of 14-year-old by his brother –The warrant request has been returned to WCPO and it is currently being reviewed. No charges have been issued at this time. An update will be sent out tomorrow on the case.

Raymond Durham – Charged in connection with the March 15, 2017 non-fatal shootings of two Detroit Police Officers. Today Durham had his probable cause conference. He was referred for competency and criminal responsibility. His competency hearing is scheduled for June 16, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. before Judge Kenneth King.
*The charges are allegations and defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
