Ohio Man Charged with Enticing a Minor for Immoral Purposes
The defendant is a family friend of the victim. It is alleged that from June 1 through June 27, 2022, that the defendant contacted the girl using social media to send nude photographs of himself. He also solicited her to send nude photographs of herself and to meet with him.
The victim's mother discovered the inappropriate communications from the defendant and immediately contacted the Southgate Police Department. The investigation by the police resulted in Francis's arrest on June 29, 2022.
He has been charged with one count of Enticing a Minor for Immoral Purposes. ** The arraignment was held in 36th District Court in Detroit today because it is a weekend arraignment. The defendant received a $10,000/10% bond, and a GPS tether. His Probable Cause Conference is on July 15, 2022. He was represented by attorney Thomas Piotrowski.
