Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy has charged Michael Lewis Williams, 61, (DOB: 06/07/1956), of Detroit, in connection with a fatal shooting of Patricia Ann Cosby, age 55, also of Detroit.
On October 9, 2017, at approximately 6:45 p.m., Detroit Police officers responded to a 911 call regarding a dog attack in the 9500 block of Goodwin Street in Detroit.
