On September 18, 2018 at 3:57 p.m., the victim parked her car at a Walmart Store located in the 29500 block of Plymouth Road in Livonia. The defendants have been charged with Carjacking, Unarmed Robbery, and five counts of Stealing a Financial Transaction Device.* Both defendants were arraigned this afternoon in 16th District Court in Livonia.
