They were arraigned this afternoon in 36th District Court before Magistrate Malaika Ramsey-Heath. Defendant Whitley was given a $200,000 cash bond. Defendant Henderson was given a $175,000 cash bond.

A bond re-determination hearing is scheduled for June 20, 2023, before Judge William McConico. The Probable Cause Conference is scheduled for June 23, 2023, at 8:30 a.m., and the Preliminary Examination is scheduled for June 30, 2023, at 8:45 a.m., before Judge Patricia Jefferson.
