There is no fee or pre-registration required for this free event. Costumes are welcome but not mandatory for the Halloween Festival.
Nankin Mills Park is located at 33275 Edward Hines Drive in Westland. If the road is closed, please enter Hines Drive at Ann Arbor Trail (near Farmington) to get the parking lot.
