FEWER WARMING CENTERS AVAILABLE FOR WEEKEND COLD SNAP
Temperatures expected to drop below zero with wind chill
DETROIT - Temperatures are expected to drop significantly this weekend. With added wind chill the effect will be subzero degree readings throughout Wayne County. Due to COVID-19 restrictions and staff shortages there will not be as many warming centers available to assist those in need as in the past. A list of available warming centers in Wayne County is below.
